Greetings!
We are students from the University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism. As part of our Tourism 115 (Entrepreneurship and New Enterprise Development in Tourism) and Tourism 198 (Business Policy in the Tourism Industry), we were required to study an establishment which plays a part in a tourism destination. Our group chose your establishment because we believe that PAN DE AMERIKANA is a social enterprise that greatly contributes to the betterment of the society.
If permitted, we will need your assistance for interviews, ocular inspections and consultations with you and your staff. Our main objectives are to understand how a social enterprise operates in order to improve the society, and to impart our knowledge and the concepts we learned in Tourism 115, Tourism 136 and Tourism 198. We will try to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats which might affect the future state of your company and how it will affect the community. Our study will encompass the internal and external factors affecting your business. Before the end of the semester our group will propose innovations and strategies to be presented to you based on the framework we developed in our classes. As students of social entrepreneurship, financial management and strategic management we will do our best to identify ways for you to further attain your vision and mission as a social enterprise.

| Thanks Jan for the free advertising. We have another themed restaurant at Quezon City which you may be interested in visiting. Its the first and only UPSIDE DOWN RESTAURANT in SOUTHEAST ASIA. The bakery is already open while the restaurant starts operations on November 30,2010. The facade pix and details is posted in our Home Page. |
